No we are purely
a disposal agent we are not a car site
No but we do take visa/credit card payments so you can finance it
through your credit card which gives you more flexibility than
conventional finance
We do not do a pre sale test drive if not
we end up with 50 or 60 cars out on the road all the time, so we have
devised an hours after sales test drive (how
does this work)
The cars are sold all good mechanically, and you have 1 hour after
collection to drive the car on your own for 30 or 40 miles to ensure
that there are no Major mechanical faults "ie Engine Gearbox Axle
Steering Brakes ect" if there is a major mechanical fault that the vendor has not
disclosed then you simply return the car and your money is refunded,
But in saying that every vehicle disposed of
through this system has to drive all good mechanically,
if not it defeats the object of what we do, We drive every vehicle to
ensure there are no major mechanical
faults, if a major mechanical fault is found and it proves uneconomical
to rectify, then we will send the vehicle off through the General trade
auctions and dispose of it “Sold as seen.”
You can have the keys and start the car up
where it is,it is up to you to check out all
the electrics, radios central locking windows that sort of thing,
most of every thing does work but it is more important to us that the
gearbox is ok rather than a radio working !!,
if you do find anything wrong you simply take that into account when you
make your offer
Yes you can bring along a mechanic and have the
vehicle inspected, or you can have it inspected by an independent
company
No we are purely
a disposal agent we are not a car site, please view
the 1 hour
After sales Test Drive
Yes every car will come with logbook **Mot and in most cases service
history
It is not an Auction
where you have to bid against 30 or 40 people,
all we do here is to allow the public to purchase at trade auction
prices but without the risks that are involved at the General trade auctions, ie: you can do all the things here that you are not allowed to do at a
general trade
auction,
When you go to
a general trade auction you
cannot have the keys you can’t start the cars they don’t tell you how
much the reserve is and they are all sold as seen Caveat Emptor
(Latin for “Buyer Beware”)
With us there is no Caveat
Emptor you can have the keys you can check the car over in your own
time, the Reserve/Guide price that the Vendor is looking for is
displayed on every car, you can bring along your own mechanic if you
want to, and all the vehicles are sold all good mechanically,
All the vehicles are sold under
auction terms and conditions but you don’t
have to bid against 30 or 40 people, it is all done on a one to one
basis where you can take as long as you like
to ensure it is the right car for you, when you are completely happy you
simply Tender an offer
That is just a rough idea of what the Vendor
would like for the vehicle, if you like a
vehicle you simply Tender an offer
No you can bid below that price, that is just a
guide of how much they are looking for the
vehicle,
We can get an answer for you
straight away
Every vehicle comes with an HPI report showing clear title, the
HPI report is a central register where any vehicles with
"history" registered
against them is stored,
By “history” we mean
Any outstanding Finance
Insurance total loss (where an insurance claim for any damaged
repaired vehicle or stolen and recovered vehicle has been paid
out)
**
A Stolen Vehicle or
any vehicle on the Security Register
The Clear HPI report will show any vehicle
we dispose of to be clear on that HPI Register
**
No there is no Vat to pay on
private or company cars, only on commercial vehicles where stated
There are a few options open for you
Firstly you can take the car with you there and
then or you can leave a holding deposit to ensure that the vehicle is
yours and then make arrangements to return and collect the vehicle
